These terms apply to dumpster rentals from Junksta Dumpsters in the Bradenton and Sarasota area. By renting from us, you agree to them.
We rent 12-yard and 16-yard roll-off dumpsters for residential and contractor use across Manatee County and north Sarasota County. Booking and payment are handled on our secure booking platform.
Rentals are flat-rate and include delivery, pickup, two tons of disposal, and a 7-day rental period (10 days for VIP contractor accounts). Additional charges: overage $90/ton over the included two tons; extra days $30/day; distance $2.50/mile round trip beyond 20 miles of our Bradenton yard. We do not add a credit-card surcharge.
We set every dumpster on protective boards. You're responsible for providing clear, safe access and for any permits or HOA approvals required for placement — see our dumpster permit guide. We're glad to help you check what applies.
Standard rentals are for household and construction debris. Hazardous materials and dirt are not accepted. Concrete, brick, and block are accepted in limited amounts — up to half of a 12-yard load per rental, due to weight — see what can (and can't) go in a dumpster.
We take reasonable care during delivery and pickup. You agree that placement is at your direction, and we are not responsible for pre-existing or concealed conditions (such as soft ground, underground utilities, or sprinkler lines) at the placement spot.
